Terms and Conditions for Virtual Design Services
1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our virtual interior design services. By engaging with our services, the client agrees to the following terms.
2. Services Provided Click & Design offers virtual interior design services, including but not limited to mood boards, floor plans, furniture and décor sourcing, and styling advice. All services are provided remotely, with communication and deliverables conducted primarily through digital platforms.
3. Client Responsibilities
Design Questionnaire: The client must complete a design questionnaire within five (5) business days prior to the start of the project. It is the client’s responsibility to clearly articulate what the goal is for their space as well as the details such as colors, styles, measurements, etc.
Measurements: The client is solely responsible for accurate measurements of their space. Click & Design is not liable for any discrepancies or errors arising from incorrect measurements. The client must ensure that the product/s they are ordering is the right size.
Purchasing Products: The client is responsible for ordering the products that they approved in their concept boards. This includes the desired number of products (i.e.. 2 side tables, 4 curtain panels, etc.). The client must order their items within 14 business days of receiving the final concept to ensure availability and to avoid potential price changes. After 14 business days, Click & Design is not responsible for sourcing items that are out of stock or have changed in pricing.
Returning Products: The client is responsible for returning all ordered items that they are not satisfied with. Click & Design is not liable for products or furniture that the client has purchased and had delivered.
Communication: Upon purchasing a design package, the client must use the Design Files platform or email to collaborate and communicate throughout the design process. Click & Design communicates exclusively through the Design Files platform or email and does not engage in communication over phone or text.
4. Design Process
Consultation: An initial consultation can be conducted to understand the client’s needs and preferences, but not required. This consultation can be held via video call or other agreed-upon methods.
Design Concepts: After the consultation, Click & Design That will provide design concepts for the client’s review. The client may request revisions as specified in the package. Any additional revisions beyond this limit may incur an extra charge of $50 per revisions.
Final Design: Upon approval of the design concept, a final design concept will be delivered via Design Files. This concept may include layout plans, corresponding shopping lists, and styling guidelines, depending on the project needs and package type.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds: Due to the nature of the services, no refunds will be issued once the design process has begun.
Cancellations: The client may cancel the project at any time before the design process has begun. If the project is canceled after the final design has been delivered, full payment is still required.
6. Intellectual Property All designs, concepts, and materials provided by Click & Design are the intellectual property of Click & Design and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability Click & Design is not responsible for any damages, including but not limited to errors in measurements, delays in product delivery, or issues arising from third-party vendors. The client assumes full responsibility associated with the use of the design and sourced products.
8. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without prior consent.
9. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
10. Amendments Click & Design reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client in writing.
11. Agreement By engaging with Click & Design, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
